WEST CHESTER, OH (FOX19) - Last fall, the West Chester Fraternal Order of Police held their 14th annual Golf Outing. One of the recipients of their fundraising efforts was Maddie's Hope. Maddie’s Hope is a charity started by Sergeant Brian Dulle's family for the purpose of assisting children and their families in the fight against cancer.
The foundation is named after Sergeant Dulle’s daughter, Maddie Dulle, who has been battling cancer for the last several years.
Thursday, Matt Tombragel and John Morgan of the West Chester Police Department presented a check for $4,000 to Sheriff Larry Sims on behalf of FOP Lodge 186 for Maddie's Hope.
Sheriff Sims said, "We are deeply touched that the West Chester FOP chose to honor Sergeant Dulle in this way. On behalf of the Dulle family, I want to extend our profound gratitude".
