Two men arrested for burglary and assault in Deerfield Township | Crime
DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two men were arrested Sunday night after police say they broke into an apartment on Russet Lane and assaulted the man who lived there.
Tim Larson, 27, the man they allegedly assaulted, was the ex-boyfriend of one suspect’s daughter. Larson had minor injuries and wasn’t taken to the hospital.
Police say Douglas Frye, 50, and Dylan Burton,23, left the scene after the assault, but were spotted by police nearby.
The two men are charged with aggravated burglary and assault and are being held in the Warren County Jail.
