Mason Community Center presents bike clinic

Mason Community Center presents bike clinic

MASON, OH (FOX19) - Is your bike ready for a longer ride? Can you change a flat tire? If not, that longer ride can turn into a longer walk back home in bike shoes or bare feet.

The MOJO Triathlon Club at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3 is presenting a clinic sponsored by Bikefix that will show how to change that flat tire safely and efficiently. In addition, while most riders remember to check the air pressure, there are a few other minor things to do to keep your bike running smoothly. You can learn what they are and how to do them in this free clinic.

Participants should bring their bike, a few rags for cleanup, towels to sit on and to lay the bike on, and tire change levers and a pump if available. The clinic will be held at Mason Community Center, 6050 Mason-Montgomery Road. To register for this free program, visit www.imaginemason.org/things-to-do if you already have an account, or call 513.229.8555.
