DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) – The Deerfield Township Board of Trustees and staff are inviting township homeowners, especially those involved with homeowners’ association management, to a meeting Saturday, April 14th, from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
The Spring 2012 Homeowners’ Association Consortium includes guests Neil Tunison, the Warren County Engineer, and his Public Relations Coordinator Savannah Shafer, who are going to discuss storm water-related matters. They will distribute some reference materials to everyone to clarify the responsibilities in storm water maintenance for private property owners versus that of public entities, such as the Engineer’s Office and Deerfield Township. Many other topics are also on for the agenda, including discussion of the Irwin-Simpson Road widening project, the 2012 Brush Pickup Schedule, and a brief of the Township’s sidewalk policy, and how to report issues, to name a few.
Any resident, but especially HOA board members, residential community representatives and leaders, and HOA management companies may gather to discuss concerns, ask questions and speak to one another about problems, solutions, best practices and shared difficulties.
The meeting will be hosted in the Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
