Franklin man sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for murder | News
LEBANON, OH (FOX19)- A Franklin man was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for shooting a man to death last fall.
Jay Clark, 21, pled guilty in February to Aggravated Murder, a gun specification to Aggravated Murder, and Tampering with Evidence.
Authorities say Clark entered the residence of Nathan Eve, 19, on September 25, 2011, and stole several cell phones before firing two shots at the victim. Eve then went outside where Clark shot him one more time.
Clark was arrested by police shortly afterwards.
Warren County Judge Neal Bronson sentenced Clark to serve 20 years to life on the Aggravated Murder, three years on the gun specification, and two years on the Tampering with Evidence charge.
