PLEASANT PLAIN, OH (FOX19)- A church youth group leader has been indicted for gross sexual imposition.
The Warren County Sheriff's Office says Michael Myers, 49, was the youth group leader at Pleasant Plain Presbyterian Church and met the 17-year-old victim through the church group.
The victim was interviewed at the Warren County Child Advocacy Center in mid-February. The case was turned over to the Warren County Prosecutor's Office, which led to the indictment.
The alleged incident occurred off of church property and was not connected to a church activity.
Myers is being held at the Warren County Jail.
