Bridge work requires various lane closures on Interstate 75

WARREN COUINTY, OH (FOX19) - Bridge work will require various single and double lane closures on Interstate 75.

On Monday, Dec. 3 and Tuesday, Dec. 4, there will be various single lane closures on north and southbound I-75, between State Route 122 and State Route 73, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Beginning at 9 a.m., there will be various double lane closures in the same area until 2 p.m.  Traffic will be maintained.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming work zone and lane closures.

Culvert work to affect traffic in Warren County

WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - Culvert installation work will require a five-day closure of State Route 48, approximately 1370 feet south of the northern junction of the Schlottman Road intersection.

The closure will be in place from Monday, Oct. 29 to Friday, Nov. 2 between US 22 in Warren County and SR 28 in Clermont County.

The detour for northbound traffic will be west on SR 28 to north on I-275 to east on US 22. Southbound traffic will use the reverse route.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.

Nunner Road to close for roundabout construction

Nunner Road to close for roundabout construction

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Work will begin on Monday, September 10, to construct a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Nunner Road and the new entrance to Marr Park in Hamilton Township.

This roundabout will be located between West Road and Waverly Park. A construction contract for the project was awarded to John R. Jurgensen Company.

A closure will last for twelve weeks from the start date weather permitting.

The detour will utilize SR 48, US 22/SR 3, and Zoar Road.

Stubbs Mill Road to close near Cook Road

Stubbs Mill Road to close near Cook Road

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Stubbs Mill Road will be closed in Turtlecreek Township for a culvert replacement project starting Monday, June 18, 2012. The culvert replacement project will require the closure of Stubbs Mill Road near the address of 1135 Stubbs Mill Road, north of Cook Road intersection.

The Warren County Engineer’s Office says the closure will last for two (2) weeks, ending on June 29, 2012, weather permitting.

The detour for the closure will use SR 123 to Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road.

Part of Route 22 to close for three weeks

WASHINGTON  TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - Culvert replacement will require closing U.S. 22 just south of the Old 3C Highway (mile marker 17.45), on June 5 for 21 days.

The detour will be west on State Route 350 to south on County Road 45 (Middleboro Road) back to U.S. 22.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure and detour.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone

Oregonia Road to close for eight weeks

Oregonia Road to close for eight weeks

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Oregonia Road will be closed in Turtlecreek Township at Bridge 12-1.34 for a bridge rehabilitation project starting Monday, June 11, 2012. The bridge rehabilitation project will require the closure of Oregonia Road between Wilmington Road and Liberty-Keuter Road. The closure will last for eight (8) weeks, ending on August 3, 2012, weather permitting.

The bridge will have the existing 24 foot wide deteriorated steel beam/concrete deck replaced with a 28 foot wide steel beam/galvanized metal deck utilizing the existing concrete abutments.  The project is estimated to cost $185,000.  The project will be funded by the Warren County Engineer.

The detour for the closure will be Wilmington Road to Waynesville Road.

Melampy Creek Lane closed for eight weeks

Melampy Creek Lane closed for eight weeks

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - As part of the Bethany Road Improvements project, Melampy Creek Lane has been closed, and will stay that way for about eight weeks, weather permitting.  The streets is closed to allow for grade reconstruction.

People who live in a subdivision off the street or are will use Ivy Grove Lane. All detours will be posted and will utilize Mason-Montgomery Road, US 42, Mason Road, and Butler-Warren Road.
