Melampy Creek Lane to close at the beginning of the year

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - As part of the Bethany Road Improvements project, the County Engineer's office says Melampy Creek Lane will be closed January 3, 2012 for two days, weather permitting. The closure is for water main work. 

All detours will be posted and will utilize Mason-Montgomery Road, US 42, Mason Road, and Butler-Warren Road.

Closing rescheduled on Bethany Road

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - The date for a scheduled closing of Bethany Road has changed, and possibly could change again, depending on the weather. 

On Monday, December 19, 2011, the bridge between Meadowbrook Drive and Pinnacle Lane will be closed.  A crane is being brought in to drive pilings on that day as part of the new bridge build. 

The closure will last from 7:30 a.m.; and 5:30 p.m., weather permitting. If rain or snow postpones the work, the closure will be for the following day. 

The detour will be posted and will utilize Mason-Montgomery Road, US 42, Mason Road, and Butler-Warren Road.

Lanes to close on 75 in Warren County Saturday

FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) - The two left lanes of northbound I-75 will be closed Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. from the Hendrickson Road overpass to the Warren/Montgomery county line. 

This is part of an ongoing project. 

Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the ramp closure.  Work is weather permitting.

Daytime lane closings on 75 in Warren County this week.

FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) - The Ohio Department of Transportation says there will be lane closings on I-75 the rest of this week.

The closures are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1 and Friday, Dec. 2, located the length of the project from Hendrickson Road overpass to the Warren/Montgomery county line.

Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the ramp closure.

Work is weather permitting.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.

Expect some traffic delays from the Turkey Day 10K

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Deerfield Township has scheduled the second annual “10K on Turkey Day” run for Thanksgiving morning, November 24th, from 8 a.m. to approximately 10 a.m. The Township and the Warren County Sheriff’s office will provide traffic control which will require temporary closures and delays of some roads. The following is a list of road closures and delays:
- Socialville-Foster Road from Wilkins Boulevard to Snider Road. Closed from approximately 7:55 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. Traffic will be maintained or detoured; please expect delays.
- Snider Road from Socialville-Foster Road to Irwin-Simpson Road. Closed from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Traffic will be maintained or detoured; please expect delays.
- Irwin-Simpson Road from Snider Road to Wilkins Boulevard. Closed from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 am. Traffic will be maintained or detoured; please expect delays.

Lane Closure Scheduled on the I-71/Jeremiah Morrow Bridge

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - The right lane of northbound Interstate 71/Jeremiah Morrow Bridge is closed from 6 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 19. 

The closure will be in place from the northbound rest area and continue across the bridge. Traffic delays may be lengthy. 

Arrow boards and signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming closure. To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.

Melampy Creek Lane Closing Extended

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19)- The Melampy Creek Lane closure in Deerfield Twp. will be extended an additional week, at the intersection of Bethany Road. 

They are completing a water main relocation. This is part of the Bethany Road Widening Project. The extended closure shall be approximately five (5) days ending November 4, 2011, weather permitting. Bethany Road shall remain open at all times. 

The detour for the closure will continue to be posted, and will use Melampy Creek Lane, Rosewood Lane and Ivy Grove for both of these closures.
