TURTLECREEK TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Bridge work will require closing the left lane of northbound Interstate 71 from 7 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 26.  The lane closure will begin just north of the rest area and continue north across the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge. 

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming lane closure. 

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - Bethany Road in Deerfield Twp. will be closed beginning Monday, October 24, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the intersection of Melampy Creek Lane for a water main relocation, as part of the  Bethany Road Widening Project.

The scheduled closure shall be approximately five (5) days, weather permitting. Upon completion of the work at the Melampy Creek Lane intersection, work crews will move to the intersection of Ivy Grove to begin water main relocation at that intersection, which could also last approximately five (5) days. Future closures for this project are anticipated. 

The detour for the closure will be posted, and will utilize Melampy Creek Lane, Rosewood Lane and Ivy Grove for both of these closures.

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Middletown Road in Wayne Twp at the Corwin Nixon covered bridge,  is now open to traffic. The Warren County Engineer's Office closed the bridge Tuesday, October 11, and finished Thursday, one day ahead of schedule. The closure was in relation to the periodic application of flame retardant to the wooden superstructure. Work was completed by NeCamp Construction Co., of Maineville, Ohio.
